Timberlake® Recognized by Beazer Homes as Installed Sales National Account of the Year
Timberlake® Cabinetry, a leading supplier of cabinetry for the new construction market, has been recognized by Beazer Homes USA as the Installed Sales National Account of the Year for Fiscal Year 2007. This award, presented by Beazer’s Ian McCarthy, president and chief executive officer and Tony Callahan, senior vice president, national purchasing, planning and design, acknowledges Timberlake’s drive to provide superior customer service to builders.
The winner of the award was determined by Beazer’s supplier performance survey method in which each operating Division ranks National Account Suppliers. Beazer, one of the country’s ten largest single-family homebuilders, based the winner on a variety of criteria such as having continuous improvement focus and never holding up a closing.
“Timberlake understands the importance of the local supplier representative and is able to anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems,” says Callahan. “Timberlake looks for opportunities to add value beyond the terms of the contract and they hold themselves and their contractors to the highest ethical standards. Last but not least, Timberlake adjusts to schedule changes caused by weather delays, change orders and problems associated with upstream trades, as they understand that call backs lead to poor customer satisfaction scores.”
