Mr. Adams will report directly to Cary Dunston, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Adams joined the Company in 2008 as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Adams was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering in 2012 and Vice President of Value Stream Operations in 2014. Prior to joining American Woodmark, Mr. Adams gained 20 years of experience within general management and engineering at Diamond Innovations and Techneglas. Mr. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management from Drexel University.
