In addition to observing the recent investments that were highlighted during the tour, the Monticello location was selected due to the overall positive performance. During the tour, Monticello’s PLT was able to share the successes and hard work of the team. Some of the key take-aways from the tour were that they have an extraordinary focus on safety, great community connections, the many contributions through the REC and AWC Foundation, and most importantly they have a wonderful team of great people.
