Will Sanders Welcome

March 7, 2022

We are pleased to announce that Will Sanders has joined American Woodmark Corporation as Vice President of Transformation, effective March 7, 2022. In this role, he will lead the Manufacturing and Technical Operations transformation efforts as we advance our Oracle implantation program. He will be the direct interface between operational business needs and our IT team.

Will recently served as the Vice President, Business Transformation and Master Data Management for Knoll, Inc located in East Greenville, PA. Will was part of the leadership team at Knoll that had a track record of success with transformations in logistics, Operations, and IT.

Will has a love/hate relationship with golf. He decided to work on the relationship during the pandemic, and it is getting a little better. It may just work out, but only time will tell.

Will received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Please join us in welcoming Will to the American Woodmark Team.
