AWC Board of Directors Welcomes Philip Fracassa

Philip Fracassa has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Timken Company since 2014. Joining Timken in 2005, he has held various key roles, including Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasury, Senior Vice President and Group Controller, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development. Before Timken, he served as the Director of Taxes for Visteon Corporation and began his career with Price Waterhouse in Detroit, later becoming a tax attorney with General Motors.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Fracassa is an active member of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) and serves on the boards of Walsh University (Ohio) and the American Red Cross of Northeast Ohio. Holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a juris doctor degree in law from the University of Detroit Mercy, he is a certified public accountant (CPA) and licensed attorney in Michigan.

With over 30 years of diverse finance experience, including 10 years as chief financial officer of a publicly traded global manufacturer, Fracassa provides the Board with a valuable perspective.
